At Blends For Friends we specialise in creating bespoke tea blends that can be packed in loose leaf and biodegradable pyramid tea bags, otherwise known as fuso tea bags.  If you are a private label tea brand looking to pack teas in loose leaf or pyramid tea bag format then we can help you.

The vast majority of bespoke tea blends we create for our customers can be designed in such a way that it can be packed in both formats thus providing the maximum flexibility.  We have eight Fuso pyramid tea bag machines in-house in our tea factory which gives us the capacity to manufacture up to 1.4 million pyramid tea bags per week.  However, we are well aware that many start up tea brands may struggle with high minimum order quantities so our minimum order quantity is set at 2,000 tea bags per blend.

We hold stocks of plain white label tea bag materials, but if you would like your own brand tea bags then we can help facilitate the design and purchase of these too.  We can then hold these on stock for you to use whenever you want to pack more teas.

If you are looking to pack your pyramid tea bags into individual branded envelopes (ideal for the hotel market or corporate tea market) then we have the machinery in-house to pack these too.
